Thank you all for your responses. I felt stupid asking the question but I would

have felt even dumber if I had been taking an internal temperature this whole

time. I will go check out this website.

The most helpful book that I ever read on Fertility and Infertility (and

there were at least 12-15) was " Taking Charge of your Fertility " by Toni

Wechsler. This book told me so much in very easy to understand terms. The how,

when, why and how to take your BBT-basal body temp and what the results mean

etc. You won't be disappointed if you buy this book!
