Emerson is such a piggy, lol..

He is such a piggy. All he wants to do is drink his bottle and be cuddled. I

swear he is so heavy I now have to prop my arm up when feeding him. I can't

wait until his next appt to see what he weighs but I am guessing he is over 12

pounds. He has been drinking 4 ounce bottles but then wanted another within a

half hour so I started giving him 6 ounces which he is loving. He hasn't been

sleeping very long cause he wants a bottle too soon so last night I fixed him a

6 ounce bottle and put a little bit of rice cereal in it and he loved it, he

was making the funniest sounds while sucking it down, lol. He was wide awake

for quite a while just being held and ended up wanting another 3 almost 4

ounces an hour after and finally went to sleep about 11:30 and slept until a

little

after 5 am this morning, WHOOHOOO, I was ssooo happy when he woke me for his

bottle, I felt so rested that I had a hard time falling back to sleep for an

hour afterwards. Also, he has had a easier time going poop and I think the

cereal helped. I am going to add more rice cereal to his bedtime bottle tonight

too. He eats a little rice cereal about 11 am from a spoon too, just a few

tablespoons and then his bottle. He is finally getting satisfied. We will do the

test again tonight and see.
