I am so glad there are resources like this one! I am a few days shy

of my 1 year RNY gastric Bypass, down 90 lbs and am about 6 weeks

pregnant! I am so happy. This was the goal! I feel pregnant already.

I have my 1 year po visit tomorrow w/ my surgeon. Wish me luck. I

hope he will not yell at me. This was supposed to be the visit that

he says it is ok to strat trying but we got a bit ahead of ourselves.

congratulations christina and welcome to the group. i'm jennifer, sahm to

nearly 5 year old benjamin and 16 weeks pregnant with #2. married to currently

deployed air force man david. we live in wichita kansas. i had Lap RNY nearly

6 months ago (started at 342 lbs today i'm 218lbs) and am 4 months pregnant

(tell that to your dr and you won't get yelled at, lol). i'm sure he'll be fine

with it. just be sure you are taking your vitamins and drinking lots of water.

the baby will take what it needs from you, so take care of yourself. good luck,
