I guess it's time to introduce myself :)

Hey ya'll Hope you had a fabulous weekend!

My name is April, I'm a semi-sahm to my four-year-old little boy,

. I'm ten months post op (open RNY) and just found out

tonight that I'm pregnant.

I'm a basket of emotions, naturally. This isn't the timing I would

have preferred... And I wish I had picked a form of birth control

other than the pill (*$*@ that pill!) but when it comes down to it...

I wanted another baby, and now it looks like I'm going to have one.

Btw, according to my cycle, I should be barely a month pregnant. Yet

when I took both (yes, i took two) tests tonight that purple line

appeared within seconds, and it was DARK! I mean it couldn't have

been any darker and still been purple. No doubt there. I'm

definitely pregnant.

Am I happy? Well... I'm not depressed about it.. I'm a little

disappointed with the timing, but I'll get past that. I'm worried

about putting my weight back on, but I suppose that's normal too.

Gosh I hope it's a girl. *giggle*
