Guest guest
Hi Everyone, Looks like sleep problems are a big issue for alot of us. I am an RN and am coping with shift work (I work a day/night rotation and it is NOT NICE right now)... I would suggest you speak to your physicians. There are some over the counter medications that are safe during pregnancy...My Dr was really concerned that I was going to " crash " because of the lack of sleep. Still having some issues but its better than it was a month or so ago.. Take care and good luck!
