Best Folic Acid Pill To Absorb

Can anyone suggest a FOLIC ACID only pill that would be easy to

absorb. I have had the Duodenal Switch and finding stuff that absorbs

well tends to be a challenge. If anyone has any good suggestions for

Folic Acid I would greatly appreciate it. God Bless and have a good
