We've done both. No wows from either. The injections weren't any better (or worse) than the oral. But I should note that my son has no GI issues and we were not gluten free when we were doing the injections (someone later explained to me that gluten can prevent the absorbtion of b12. I didnt know that at the time.)

there is also another one to throw into the mix the nasel spray. we saw nothing with the shots, a little with the oral but the nasel spray BIG THINGS
