Guest guest
hi tahira,I am no expert on this but i have noticed with my child that when you treat one pathogen (yeast, bacteria etc) sometimes the others flare. Have you had tests done to see how his gut is doing (OAT for yeast, bacteria and a test for parasites). I have read parasites can cause seizures. Did he take a strong antifungal with the antiviral because this is necessary as yeast supposedly flares with them...not sure but wonder if yeast overgrowth can cause a worsening of seizures? Guest guest
Thank you for that explanation. Do you know if valacyclovir (valtrex) does the same thing? To: "mb12valtrex " <mb12valtrex > Sent: Friday, June 22, 2012 1:06 PM Subject: Re: Fw: imunovir has caused great pain and distress Imunovir boosts the immune system but also causes an increase in antibody production. For my son Imunovir was relly bad cause he had PANDAS and the Imunovir really made his PANDAS flare up by increasing antobody production which causes inflamation in the brain. I would think that anti inflamatories might hlep. Some use high doses of motrin 4 times per day. There are also natural anti inflamatories like vitamin c , cod liver oil and curcumin. To deal with the high MMR titers I would do high dose Vitamin A protocol. If you google Dr Mc Candless and the high dose vitamin a prococol you should find the protocol. I would also keep giving cod liver oil as that also contains vitamin a.
