I have read on this group a couple times where the surgeons had suggested

abortion and said it is not safe to be pregnant so early but theya re dead

wrong.

there are hundreds of WLS patients who have gotten pregnant early, even with

more than one, and the babies are perfectly healthy as were the mothers. I was

8 months post op andmy surgeon wished me the best and was supportive, i had a

miscarraige with that one and got pregnant again 4 months later and had a

healthy baby boy.

I have to say that this group of women that have been there done that know

more about this than any surgeon who has never deal with it, JMO... Good luck,
