Guest guest
Hello Crystal, That's my name too...but different spelling. I had a c-section with my son 4.5 years ago and I had VBAC with my son who was born 6 weeks ago. Let me tell you VBAC almost killed my son and me. He spent 4 days in the NICU and I am still recovering with a massive epesiotomy. When you have a c-section they are prepared for any emergency. In the case of attempting-VBAC they know an emergency could happen but aren't necessarily prepared for it. I was very lucky to be at a hospital with a NICU. If I had my son at a regular hospital he would have had to be flown away from me to a NICU and would have possibly died en-route. Please consider your choice carefully it's not just your life but your babies that is at risk. Ask Sheila the moderator. I should have listened to her but didn't and I will be sorry forever. Good luck. Chrystal Wife to Jace - together 6 Years! Happy Mommy to - 4 Years Old! Baby Jonas Born August 2, 2004 8 Pounds & 8 Ounces!
