Hi ... Typically- if you have a regular 28 day cycle, most women

ovulate around cd 14. So, 2 weeks from the day your period starts should be the

time. I would suggest having sex the day your period ends up until around cd

20. You can do it every day or every other day. Lay still with hips tilted for

30 minutes after sex. If you can manage to have an orgasm AFTER he does,

that also increases the odds. Do not take hot baths and definately dont douche.

If you want to get technical with it- you can always use ovulation predictor

kits.. you pee on this sticks on certain cycle days and it will tell you when

you are going to ovulate within a certain time period. Then you get that sex

in as much as possible. Or you could chart yout basal body temps.. every

morning before getting out of bed, at the same time each morning, use a bbt and

right it down. When you see a 0.6 degree rise and it stays up for 3 days in a

row, then you have ovulated.. this just helps you to get to know your body.

Obvious signs of ovulation are cramping and egg white cervical mucus.

2 weeks after i stopped taking the birth control pill.
