( lately that is ALOT) and graze during the day. I very rarely eat dinner with dh.. because I am just not hungry by the time he gets home at 8pm... I have been living on Grilled Cheese sandwiches, PB & J, graham crackers, wheat thins, and " cold cuts " like Roast beef and Turkey. Occasionally I go to Chili's for thier Buffalo chicken strips with the Wasabe Ranch... very tasty!! Also.. 's 99 cent chili.. very yummy! I started my pg 31 weeks ago at about 225lbs... by my first OB appt I was 218... and today I am 209 lbs. 10 weeks Post op at conception. As long as the weight loss isn't drastic.. my OB is okay with it. hope that gives you some ideas! *************************************************** K in Ft Lauderdale Noah - 10/14/02 (31 weeker - DX of SID ) Jonah - edd 11/18/04 ( currently High Risk Pg.. not WLS related)

Guest guest
Hi Robin. It's common to have food aversions in the 1st trim. I've heard that consuming foods close to their natural state helps. How about a fresh/frozen fruit & yogurt smoothie or some homemade soup... Processed & greasy food really did a number on me in the early days. WlsMomma 26 weeks, 5 days > Ok ladies... I'm having trouble with food and now I'm starting to even > lose weight again (which I know my OB's not going to be pleased with). > I'm just starting my 13th week and as of today I'm exactly 1 year > post-op from VBG surgery.
