Hello all, It's been a while since I last posted here, maybe since i

first found out I was pregnant. My little Aiden Is now almost 6

weeks old. The greatest love of my life!! :)

I am breastfeeding but i feel like I am not producing enough milk.

I started to pump and am not getting more than 3-5oz and that is

only if i am almost engorged.

I would like to know if anyone has a list of foods which I can stick

too strictly to help produce breastmilk. I dont drink milk because

it makes me sick. I try to supplement that with other dairy foods

like ice cream or yogurt, pudding etc. I eat very little as it is

due to surgery so any help would be greatly appreciated!! THANKS...

Jess

Yea it sucks, that is about how much i produce as well. They tell me " keep

pumping " it will keep your milk up blah blah blah. LOL I talked to s

pediatrition and he told me it's ok to be a part time breast feeder. I know i

will

have to probably be one when i return back to work in october; even though i

wanted him to use only my milk. O well!
