Question about baby not having a BM...

Hello everyone!

Robyn-I cannot remember if it was your little Emerson but someone a bit

back posted about their baby not having a BM for some time. My little

has not had a BM since last Tuesday night. He is a very gassy

baby; since he has been born the gas is terrible (he smells like a

gastric bypass patient! Haha) but had BM's many times daily. I called

the DR on Friday but then she returned my call after I got home from

shopping and I couldn't call her back due to the office being closed.

is acting normal except for a bit fussy now & then. my question

is-is this normal (or should I be alarmed) and are there any things I

can do to help him??? In one of my baby books it does state that at 30

days of age + BM's can be infrequent; sometimes only once every 5-7 days

but I want to ask the Mommies out their about their experiences!
