What can be reason of verbal stimming

Hello All,

I have 6,5 years old boy, he is verbal but whenever he do not speak or need to be quite

Always says something like ""yukkiiii, cokkiii, etc" which has no means.

He can not stop himself .

Any idea what can be the reason of this ? and what you can suggest ?

anyone experiances any treatment to stop verbal stimming
