What is this? Strange tic/

We started the B12 shots about a week ago and I noticed that my dd, who is

almost three, is doing what seems to be a tourette's thing... She bends forward

at her waist and makes a grunting noise and then repeats it for about 5 or 6

times in a very repetitive way...and then she just stops and goes back to what

she's doing. this is new as of doing the shots. It happens about three or 4

times a day. I have no idea what this could be. Any ideas? thanks. tara
