What to Eat

Ok ladies... I'm having trouble with food and now I'm starting to even

lose weight again (which I know my OB's not going to be pleased with).

I'm just starting my 13th week and as of today I'm exactly 1 year

post-op from VBG surgery. It seems though lately that NOTHING appeals

to me. Even the thought of some types of food (like Chinese) makes me

actually feel nauseous. My husband is getting very frustrated and so I

am that I am soooo picky. I try really hard not to be. But then when I

do try something, I've been having a hard time keeping things down. I

don't think it is morning sickness... I never had morning sickness all

that bad, mostly just nausea and a few times I vomitted. I think this

is more like the " spitting up " type of thing that I do whenever I eat

something that doesn't go through or eat too much, you know from the VBG

surgery.... My mother and my husband keep telling me just to make

sure that I try to get something down, even if it ends up being ice

cream so I have something...... and then try to do some protein shakes.

Does anyone have any suggestions for me? I told him today that if I

could just forget about food for the rest of my life, that is what I

would want to do at this point... but I know that's not possible. At

this point I'd rather not eat another meal ever.
