Guest guest
Patty, A woman I worked with for a couple years had an internal neurostimulator that was used to treat her lower back pain that she had as a result of a car accident. I've known of other people that also had them for lower back pain, but wasn't aware that they could be used for pancreatic pain, unless a lot of your symptomatic pain is in the lower back. The woman I worked with seemed to find much relief from her neurostimulator. She had a trial session with it first, to see if it was effective, before the permanent internal lead was placed. Sorry if I can't give you any more info about it. The woman has since moved away, so I can't ask her any more about it. You'll have to let us know how your trial session goes...(I guess that's what the Stage I is). With love, hope and prayers, Heidi Heidi H. Griffeth Bluffton, SC South Carolina State Rep.
