Heating pads and the abdomen

Hi ,

I can understand what you are saying about elctric heating pads. On

the other hand, for decades women have used hot water bottles for

the relief of period pains when the bottle is placed a bit lower on

the abdomen than I place mine for my pancreatic pain.

I hope I haven't given any incorrect advice; it's just that I have

always had tremendous comfort and relief from my bottles. Of course,

they are not electric and they begin to cool from the start.
