Chrissy, Another Possible reason for the Antacids

I knew I'd find something sooner or later.

A PDF file talks about the taking of enzymes for those who can't

produce their own, and say that the acids in the stomach can destroy

the enzymes taken by one who needs to, and they need to take

antacids so the enzymes taken have a better chance of surviving..

this is the reason my doctor prescribed Ranitidine for me to take with

my Viokase 8 tablets. Nice to see that there is actually a document out

there that states this.
