You wrote, " After a little bit of investigative work (white pages online.)I

found Kim's phone number and gave her a quick call. She apologized for not

getting on earlier, which I told her not to worry about, that we just wanted to

know if she was okay. "

Thank you for letting us know what was going on with Kim. I look forward to

seeing her back.

It means a lot that you took the time and effort to make that telephone call. I

know there are many others who make phone call, as well. I receive emails

sharing that those phone calls were deeply appreciated and made a big difference

in how they were feeling. They had no idea that a stranger could care so much.

There are a growing number of PAI members who depend on the 'Telephone Support'

services. Most of them do not have a computer, though some are too ill to manage

computing. If you know of anyone in this situation, please encourage them to

call toll free and we can set them up with a support system.

Thank you, all, for all you do to make the PAI what it is.

Karyn E. , RN,

Executive Director, PAI
