Guest guest
, Thanks! I needed that! Yes, my doc is driving me crazy. I have been going to him for 2 years. So he did string me along because my first MRCP did not show anything. However, I had one in Aiken,(where I live) and it showed a cyst. He didn't believe it since the MRCP didn't show it. Finally after almost a year of pain and frustration he did the next CT scan with contrast in Dec. of last year and it showed the cyst was still there. So that is when he decided to send me to ton. This GI is supposed to be one of the best in our area. I am going to ton on March 30th. Actually, my hubby and I are going on the 29th to spend the night since my appt. is at 9:30 so we won't have to get up so early. I would love to meet you. Do you have any ideas for hotels near the hospital? Maybe we could meet that evening before and go to dinner at California Dreaming or something? Let me know and we can make plans. My husband's Aunt had to have a kidney removed at MUSC and she tells me she had the best experience with the hospital. She sings their praises. They were the only ones who were able to find out what was wrong with her. She goes there for everything now. She lives in town. My hubby also has a cousin who lives in Chas. that is a professor at the College of ton. So if I end up having to have surgery he doesn't have to stay in a hotel he can stay with her. He has an uncle that lives there also so we do have family there to help him out. Thanks again, and let me know about getting together!
