That may be so, but for all you know, that little remedy may be all that was

done. You have no way of knowing whether your complaint was actually

reported on the record, so what's to stop that nurse from doing the same

thing to another patient today, tomorrow or any time in the future?

You've seen my earlier response to these types of problems. Sometimes

just being satisfied with temporary results isn't enough. How does that help

anyone else? How do you know that it won't happen again with another

patient?
