You have no way of knowing whether your complaint was actually reported on the record, so what's to stop that nurse from doing the same thing to another patient today, tomorrow or any time in the future? You've seen my earlier response to these types of problems. Sometimes just being satisfied with temporary results isn't enough. How does that help anyone else?
