A check of the scheduling record will show who was on duty and who was in charge for those dates. Same thing for the incident with the shower. I didn't know about that one, but that, too, could have lead to severe consequences, and is just negligence that you weren't attended....gee whiz, that's horrible!! And they " wrote off " the $1,400 you owed? Sounds more like " hush money " to me, they wrote you off so you wouldn't complain!
