Hi to everyone, we took Kristy to Minnesota to see Dr.

Sutherland (he's the best!) he removed her pancreas and transplanted

her islet cells back into her liver.Feb. 18th. (MY Birthday!) Let me

tell you that she is doing great!She has been back home in Oklahoma

for 3 days now and is doing so well we can't believe it. Her sugar

hasn't been very bad at all and we are controlling it pretty good.She

has never felt this good in 10 months.It was the best birthday

present that I had ever recieved! She is feeling the way she did

before she ever had all this.Well ,I wanted to update on how she was

doing and we can never thank Dr. Sutherland enough for what he has

given us.It took us 14 hours to drive her there and it was worth it

all. If any of you are looking for a Dr. well look no more...he is

the BEST!!!!!!!!! Thank You Crystal Galloway for giving us his name.

For this has changed our lives so much and thank all of you for all

the prayers. Thanks again........deedee hubbard
