Heidi,

Thanks so much! I will add those to my list. I take Iron, centrum and

citrical. I have to because of my gastric bypass. It won't hurt to add a few

more. I

can't take all of mine in the morning, I can't eat enough in the morning to

keep them from upsetting my stomach. I usually take mine at night. You have the

breakfast of champions and I have the supper of champions! LOL!

Thanks again,

Angie in SC

those do you take? I am open for any suggestions at this point.

Angie,

Here's the list: the antioxidants and vitamins that I take for

pancreatic pain reduction and help are:

Beta Carotene - 9,000 IU

Vitamin C - .54 grams

Vitamin E - 270 IU

L-Methionine - 2 grams

Selenium - 600 mg

In addition to these, for my diabetes, I take the Diabetes Health

Pack, which contains specific amounts of:

Vitamin E

Chromium Picolinate

Selenium

Multivitamin/Mineral - High Potency with Lumen

Folic Acid

Vitamin C

Alpha Lipoic Acid

I also take B-12 - 1,000 mcg., Magnesium - 500 mg. and B-6 - 100 mg.

Of these, the Vitamins C and E, Selenium, Beta Carotene and Alpha

Lipoic Acid are all antioxidants. The others are minerals or amino acids.

It may seem like a large amount, but I am so accustomed to taking them

that it's become very routine and simple. I take them all in the

morning, otherwise I would forget to take them at all.

With love, hope and prayers,

Heidi
