Guest guest Posted March 20, 2005 Report Share Posted March 20, 2005 Hi All, From the far reaches of my memory, I seem to remember that flax seed, while a good source of nutrition, must be crushed or milled. The seed coating is too hard for the GI tract to penertrate. Also when crushed or milled, it begins to lose it's value rapidly, so freshness is also a consideration. Just thought I would sound off.
