Kara,

I know this is late and I'm sorry, but I was in the hospital awhile. I'm

out now and I think you should go back to the doctor who wrote the slip

and see if you can get her to extend the date until you see the doctor

at or at least find out why she told you to go on disability and

then gives you a letter with a specific date on it.
