Laurie,

I know what you mean about not having control. I am the type of person who

is very organized and very much in control of things and this drives me nuts

because I can't plan things. I never know how I am going to feel from one day to

the next. It stinks to high heaven as we say in the south!!

Hi Angie,

Just wanted to thank you for your post addressed to me. I saw it

this morning as I was trying to wake up enough to get down to

work (sometimes I have to just do easy stuff for a while before I

jump feet first into the work day). It is nice to have a friendly voice

to welcome me back to the work weeK!

Today I feel awful, awful after having a not-so-bad week last

week (up until Friday I think). Then it intensified yesterday and by

4:00 this morning I was uncomfortable enough to wake up and

stay awake. So far the intensity hasn't abated. I just wish so

much, that seeing that this disease will not go away, that I could

at the least! have some sense of control! To have an idea of

what I do or not do that causes things to get to this point....and to

have an idea of how to get relief when it does. I think that is the

most demoralizing for me now.....I have come to accept the

disease itself....but I still battle the demons that have taken the

control away from me. They tease and taunt me....making me

think that I have a glimmer of an answer, only to have it lose it's

question the next day........IT STINKS!

But thanks for expressing your appreciation. I get alot out of this

board....much, much more than I contribute.
