Guest guest
I went to see my doctor (Dr. Banks) today he told me that I have a remnant tail of my pancreas. He said that there is nothing that he believes should be done unless I get severe pain. I'm just going to have to live with mild pain and call him when I get severe pain. Then the only solution is to control the pain and aspirate the fluid collections. The only other thing that he can do to help me is hope that the tail becomes even more enlarged then it can be removed endoscopicly. The other option is that if my severe pain keeps returning then to have surgery to remove the tail of my pancreas or tie it into my intestines. He laid out the options but he said really the only thing that can be done is the wait and see method... I am so sick of the wait and see, and well I'm not really sure. I like concrete answers and actions, but right nor I am going to have to live with the " wait and see " Thanks for reading my mini-rant a
