Guest guest Posted April 15, 2007 Report Share Posted April 15, 2007 I am so happy my 10 year old weighs 50 pounds now thanks to this diet. He was gf/cf for years and has been SCD for about 4 months. QUESTION - His diet is basically, meat, string beans, squash, pizza receipe, pancake, (all with almond meal, peanut butter cookies and apples and bananas. Can I add sweet potatoes. Sweet potatoes are illegal on SCD but you can add butternut squash, which is kind of sweet like sweet potatoes.
