It does have a little bit of oxalate in it but, what's becoming clear to me is that Cranberry also has iodine in it. So, I think that iodine can release or break up oxalates. Cranberry also has lots of other stuff too. Jenn L I have read nothing in BTVC about oxalates. Research being put forth on it is very new, unproven and may even be harmful. I rely on generous quantities of yogurt and their healing effect. I do know Vitamin K is a suggested protocol for oxalate issues but is not part of SCD and is dealt with elsewhere. I have cured every UTI with SCD legal cranberry juice since starting SCD . I take very few prescription drugs and none on a regular basis. Carol F. SCD 7 years, celiac.
