I am just now getting IV Iron for eight days in the hospital. I was

wondering did you feel better after the Procrit? My iron stores are " 1 " ,

hct 23 and hbg 7. They said that blood was not indicated because I am

making RBC's just not iron to carry the oxygen. Did this occur after

your pancreatitis because I did not have low levels until then? Please

write back. Deb
