From an SCD standpoint it is fine.

However, if you know that you or your child has sensitive skin or

will be soaking in something in the bath you may want to be careful

with some ingredients. It is more a personal choice and decision

that has to be made.

For example, bubble bath is fine to use on SCD, but it something I

can't use. My kids are fine with it it occasionally.

Thank you for the spices and body products answers. It's amazing to

me the double checking that I do now. I'm no longer the breezy mom.

I have been seeing black specs in his BMs, probably pepper that is

too big.
