Guest guest
The surgeon that took care of me at MUSC just emailed me and said the hgb was 11.3. What a hug relief. I knew there wasn't something right about what the nurse had said. However, there is somebody out there who has a 5.4 hgb and doesn't know it. Now thats scarey and very bad nursing care. I aksed her to send me a copy of the lab results so I will have the real deal. Hopefully she will do that. thank you all so very very much for the support and info. I had worked myself up into quite a tizzy and was very very upset. I'm also glad I dont have to fire my doc, she is actually really great and never gives me a hard time about the pain meds. Well except for the ativan, which I really like because it chills me out, but she said no; it is way tooo addictive. thank you all aagain. I really love you guys and think of all of ya'll as truely good friends. Chrissy
Guest guest
Whew, What a relief! I am so glad that you are o.k.! That is terrible that someone out there is that low and doesn't know it. I wanted to let you guys know we had a wonderful program at my church tonight and I lifted up a special prayer for each one of you. I don't know if any of you are religous or not but I believe that my faith is the only thing that has gotten me this far. I think of you guys as my friends now and will continue to pray for great healing for each of us!
