Does anyone know a good legal childrens' multivitamin that can be mixed into

juice easily?

We are using Kirkman's spectrum complete, but are almost out and need to find a

replacement.

thanks for your help!

I asked the same question the other day and did not receive a reply. I'd like

to know, too.

We use Kirkman's Everday multi vitamin-hypoallergenic. We just break open the

capsule, and stir the contents into the juice. We also sometimes put a sippy

cup lid on, and give a vigorous shake.

The Freeda one is SCD compatible. I never tried mixing it into juice

so I have no clue how it will mix.

More info about Freeda:

The traditional SCD protocol for people with digestive disorders only

requires the following Freeda vitamins: Quin B Strong with C and Zinc

(100 or 250 tablet sized) and Ultra Freeda Iron Free (90 and 180

tablet sizes). The recommended dose is 1 a day. Freeda makes a special

version just for SCD, it is available from the following SCD websites:

Digestive Wellness

For Canadians:

Freeda also makes other SCD compliant vitamins.

These are tablets, so they won't mix with juice. I guess you could try crushing

them or something, but I'm going to keep looking.

Do they have a website? Did you, by any chance, check these recently to make

sure they are still legal?

Thanks,
