Hello all,

My mother was recently diagnosed with pancreatitis and is doing her best to

learn

how to adjust to a new lifestyle. I am hoping to find a support group in the

Houston,

TX area that would be able to help her learn what she can and can't do as well

as have

someone she can talk to that can relate to what she's going through and may face

later on. I can help her some on her nutritional needs since her diet is

similar to what

mine is through Weight Watcher's but I feel like it's not enough. I don't live

close by

so I'm not able to visit her on a regular basis. So, if anyone has information

on

Houston area support groups I would really like to hear from you.

Thank you!

Amy

Amy,

My husband had pancreatitis and we live in the Houston

area. Any help you need on doctors or hospitals just

let us know. We'd be glad to share what we have

learned over the years.

Best wishes to you both,

Becky
