Guest guest
Can someone please comment on freeze dried fruits for example from just tomatoes.com? I wondered if they are still as advanced as dried fruits or if they might be easier to digest? Teena

I have a favorite brand and contacted the compamy by phone. They assured me nothing is added. Weare supposed to get a hand written letter to that effect but since I am acutely sensitive and got no reaction I have used them. They are " fpur year " rotation which is almost organic. This is not to say I have declared them legal as I don't have that authority. I asked Patti who lives in oregon, about the product but she was not familiar with it and says they are very far away from her in another part of the state. If your freeze dried fruit/veggies was cooked prior to freeze drying than they would be easier to digest than dried fruit/veggies. If rehydrated they would then be even easy to digest.
