Guest guest
is dripped yogurt more or less full of probiotics than regular? my daughter usually eats 4T a day of regular. we tried switching to dripped - last night she ran away with the bowl and ate about 2T of the dripped yogurt. today has been very difficult with screaming, throwing, and hitting behavior. i'm trying to determine if it could have been caused by the dripped yogurt. thanks silvia scd 3.5 months, eczema

Guest guest
Hi Silvia, << is dripped yogurt more or less full of probiotics than regular? my > daughter usually eats 4T a day of regular. we tried switching to > dripped - last night she ran away with the bowl and ate about 2T of > the dripped yogurt. today has been very difficult with screaming, > throwing, and hitting behavior. i'm trying to determine if it could > have been caused by the dripped yogurt. >> Dripped yogurt has a higher concentration of good bacteria, enzymes etc... If you drip your yogurt to half its' volume it will have about double the amount of bacteria.
