Guest guest Posted April 18, 2007 Report Share Posted April 18, 2007 Hello all, I did some research and found my local barometric pressure, did a calc and made sure I was at the right altitude for boiling water to be 212 degrees F. I was, so I just tested the digital thermometer I have and it was perfect! OK, so I have one good thermometer and I am fine with making good SCD yogurt, so NEVER MIND!
