Hi , I new to the discussion group and want to start the diet for

myself and my son. I could use help with the cooking and wondered if

there is any listing of local (Dallas) chefs familiar with (and

willing )to prepare and cook the meals initially. I am a single mom

and find taking on specialized diets quite daunting especially if

there is no gurantee they will produce results. Making yogurt and

breads/muffins,etc... just seems overwhelming, although I'm familiar

with GF/CF diets.

Thanks

i order alot of baked goods from digestive wellness and the scd bakery. it

seems expensive but when you look at the cost of almond flour and nut butters

its really not that much more for the convienance. yogurt is easy to make,

especially with a yogurt maker.

good luck,

jill and ethan (9yo crohns, scd 1/07)
