Dear Kris,

I am also very tired from lying in bed for a week. I believe the more

you do the better your going to feel. Any exercise will give you your

strength back. It is hard to force yourself to do things but I think

that is what you and I need to do. Hope your feeling better now. I am

still having problems with the pain in my back, but I'm sure it will

get better.
