Dry Curd Cottage cheese Make

Hi,

I am coming over to the states (naples, florida) next week and want to

make the most of cooking with dry curd cheese whilst i am there (not

available in the uk as far as i know). Can anyone tell me a brand that

is safe to use. I have a few health food shops near the house out there

or i tend to go to publix
