Guest guest
Hi Group, I just recently joined. I haven't been diagonosed with pancreatitis. I'm just try to get informed so when I go back to the doctor I can ask questions. I had my gallbladder removed in July of 2004 after 5 years of attacks. They did remove my appendix during that first year but when I went back and was still in pain, they ran tests and said well we don't know what is causing it. So now I'm firm believer that gallbladder tests need to be ran with other tests also. In January I felt like I was having gallbladder attacks again but worse. The pain is starting to become constant. I have the pain under my left shoulder blade and of course the pain in my right side I have now decided to go back to eating soup and salad like I was before I had my gallbladder removed. In the hopes of ruling some foods out. My sister suggested pancreatitis so I thought I would look into it and try to get as much information as possible. Is there anything I should know and/or are my symptoms pancreatits related? Thank you, Janet
