,

I have never heard of Lemon Balm but I am very interested in it. Did you

order the plants from somewhere? How do they grow, In planters or in the garden?

How does it help you?

Thanks,

Thanks so much. I am interested in it for my mom also. She has horrible

arthritis in her knees. I am wondering if this will help her pain. She has

started

taking something called Chicken collagen. It has really helped her. So even

if it doesn't help me it may help her.

Thanks so much for sharing the info!

Angie,

I bought it in the punnets at my local nursery. Planted it in my

front garden and the smell is really nice...lemon fragrance. I

looked it up online and found that it is a good natural analgesic. I

tried it a few times to see if it would help with my pain, but my

pain levels were too high to notice any change, but it might be

different for one who has constant mild or nuisance pain. It goes to

seed at a certain time of the year, and I have found that it is

popping up everywhere. I thought we got rid of most of it last year,

but it's starting to pop up in different places...even about 50

yards away from where it was originally planted *L*

These are some websites to read up on these...
