That 4-inch bulge is a hernia! It is not a bad one though. I have one the

size of about half a soccer ball on my belly. This is caused by the cutting

of the gut muscles and they don¹t all get back together after being sewn up.

Ugly but not dangerous.

Next, in regard to the disposal of needles. You can toss the sealed and

³taped² containers labeled ³SHARPS² in you regular garbage can. That is it.

I have been trying to get a ³needle cutter² to no avail. This lets you cut

over a hundred needles and stores them into the cutter itself. I want one as

this seems to be a better and safer means of disposal. You can toss the rest

of the syringes daily and you don¹t have to deal with finding containers for

your syringes. If you find one, let me know.
