Guest guest Posted April 5, 2005 Report Share Posted April 5, 2005 Hi guys! I take plenty of potassium but some days, actually mostly nights, I get bad cramps in mostly my feet & ankles. Any suggestions? assumming this is from nutritional deficiencies from the malabsorption. I take 99mg of potassium, any other ideas?
