Guest guest
Since has yeast issues, (which have been resolving with no honey or fruit), I am looking at saccharine as a sweetner. I could use it in seltzer as a treat. However, as I looked at saccharine yesterday at Wal-Mart, I became concerned that I might need to consider what kind of saccharine I get. Sweet and Low (in packets) seemed to have other things in it, which I wondered about. Fastsweet (spelling)--a liquid-- seemed to be the best with the least things in it. However, it would be nice to have something I could carry around. We were at a party last weekend and if I had had seltzer and saccharine, I could have given a treat. I seem to remember a suggestion or recommendation about the brand of saccharine to get. Any input? Guest guest
I found a bottle of NectaSweet saccharine at the supermarket. It is a bottle of small dissolvable tablets. It does not have any additives (unlike Sweet and Low, which does seem to have additives). I think you could keep a little ziplock bag of the tablets, or even the bottle which is small, in your purse. Guest guest
Didn't Elaine also approve small amounts of stevia? Perhaps this is a possibility if you're planning on using it often. You should double check the ingredient list on the bottle. Sheila, SCD Feb. 2001, UC 23yrs mom of and
