spaghetti squash

is this difficult to digest? we've had it twice now and both times

i've seen some unusual aggressive behavior, plus lots and lots of

itching. i'm just trying to see if this could be the culprit, or if

it's die off from the CO which we've been taking for 3 weeks. does

die off last that long?

Yes spaghetti squash can be a little harder to digest because it is stringy.

Butternu, hubbard and acorn are easier.

How did you prepare it? It does have fiber.

i cut it in half and steamed it for 35 minutes.

YES. It took us one entire year plus No Fenols to be able to digest it without

problems. My husband never had a problem with it, but we sure did. It helps to

cook it until the strands are really mushy. Another thing to consider is that

this is out of season for spaghetti squash, which makes the whole squash more

tough.
