Guest guest
is this difficult to digest? we've had it twice now and both times i've seen some unusual aggressive behavior, plus lots and lots of itching. i'm just trying to see if this could be the culprit, or if it's die off from the CO which we've been taking for 3 weeks. does die off last that long? thanks silvia SCD 15 weeks, eczema, food intolerance, yeast
Guest guest
Silvia, Yes spaghetti squash can be a little harder to digest because it is stringy. Butternu, hubbard and acorn are easier. Guest guest
YES. It took us one entire year plus No Fenols to be able to digest it without problems. My husband never had a problem with it, but we sure did. It helps to cook it until the strands are really mushy. Another thing to consider is that this is out of season for spaghetti squash, which makes the whole squash more tough.
