Guest guest Posted April 25, 2007 Report Share Posted April 25, 2007 since someone was so kind to post the wonderful idea of making popsicles as a way of getting those veggies in, i thought i would post my own recipe that my 2 year old daughter really likes. here it is: juice 1/2 bunch of kale, 2 apples, and dilute with coconut milk to desired sweetness. this was our first time making it, and we diluted it to 1/2 juice and 1/2 coconut milk. they came out delicious, very flavorful and refreshing. the greenness was met with some suspicion at first, but then i reminded her that green eggs and ham are green too, and once she tried it she really really liked them. silvia Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
